Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information PK SMM Panel ("we", "us") collects, why we collect it and how we keep it safe. In short: we collect only what we need to run your account and deliver your orders, we never sell your data, and we never ask for your social media passwords.

1. Information we collect

  • Account details: username, email address, an encrypted (hashed) password, and a phone number if you choose to add one.
  • Order details: the public links you submit, the service, quantity and order status.
  • Payment details: payment method, amount, date and transaction ID, and the sender details shown on the payment confirmation, used only to verify your deposit. We do not see or store your card number or bank login.
  • Technical details: IP address, last login time and basic browser information, used for security and to prevent fraud.
  • Messages: anything you send us through support tickets or the contact form.

2. Information we do not collect

  • Passwords of your Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook or any other social media account.
  • Private messages, photos or content from your social media accounts.
  • Full card numbers or bank login details.

3. How we use your information

  • To create and manage your account and balance.
  • To process and deliver your orders.
  • To verify payments and protect against fraud.
  • To answer your support requests and send important emails, such as password reset links.
  • To keep the Panel secure and improve our service.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share only what is necessary:

  • Service providers: to deliver an order, only the public link and quantity are passed on. Your name, email and payment details are never shared with them.
  • Payment and email services: to verify payments and send emails.
  • Legal reasons: if required by law or to protect our users and the Panel from fraud or harm.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar browser storage:

  • Essential cookies keep you logged in, protect forms from misuse and remember your settings such as dark mode and currency. The Panel cannot work without them.
  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) help us understand how visitors use the site. These are used only if you click "Accept all" on the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies to show you ads.

6. How long we keep data

We keep your account information while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we will remove your personal details, except records we must keep for accounting, fraud prevention or legal reasons, such as payment transaction records.

7. Security

Passwords are stored in encrypted (hashed) form, the website uses a secure HTTPS connection, and access to our systems is limited. No online service can be 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information at any time. Send a request through our contact page (choose "Account or data request") or open a support ticket. We will reply as soon as possible.

9. Visitors from other countries

PK SMM Panel is operated from Pakistan. If you visit from another country, your information is processed in line with this policy. We ask for your consent before using analytics cookies.

10. Children

The Panel is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we will remove it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the updated date.
